How we can support you
ABA Therapy
Rooted in science. Guided by connection. Inspired by each child.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the science of learning and behavior. It helps us understand how behaviors develop, what influences them, and how we can support meaningful learning and skill development.
At The Play Base, we believe ABA is about so much more than changing behavior. It's about understanding the child behind the behavior and helping them develop meaningful skills while honoring who they are.
Through play, connection, and compassionate, evidence-based practices, we create opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive in ways that feel natural, engaging, and authentic to them.
Individualized 1:1 support
One child. One unique journey. Never a template.
We begin by getting to know your child. Not just their challenges, but their strengths, interests, personality, and the way they experience the world.
From there, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) develop individualized plans and guide our therapists in providing thoughtful, relationship-centered support that grows and evolves alongside your child.
Areas of Support
- Communication, social connection, and meaningful relationships
- Emotional regulation, self-awareness, and self-advocacy
- Independence, daily living skills, and navigating everyday challenges
- Learning, attention, and school readiness skills
- Ongoing collaboration with families, guided by observation, data, and each child's progress
